Primoris Renewable Energy in Louisiana is seeking a Compliance Specialist to monitor apprenticeship programs on solar construction sites and ensure adherence to IRA and DOL regulations. You will track metrics, generate reports, and coordinate with project teams and payroll to certify hours and rates.

This role requires construction experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to navigate Power BI and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with IRA and DOL compliance and apprenticeship programs.
• Experience using Power BI and related software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor apprenticeship program metrics for a project site to ensure 100% compliance with applicable regulations.
• Produce regular reports for IRA and DOL compliance.
• Gather apprenticeship program documentation and monitor apprentice progress.
• Interact with project teams for compliance.
• Coordinate with Payroll to validate certified payroll hours and rates.
• Audit and report at the project site level.
• Serve as liaison for project site team and IRA compliance.
• Answer questions regarding IRA and DOL compliance.
• Assist Field Trainer with tracking, scheduling, filing, and reporting.
