Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a BS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited university.
Exposure to AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
Exposure to HydroCAD preferred.
HEC-RAS or Flo2D modeling experience preferred but not required.
Exposure to mapping/GIS tools and public data sources.

Responsibilities

Assist in designing civil engineering features for utility-scale solar arrays, including grading, access roads, and attachments.
Collaborate with electrical engineers to optimize array layouts for terrain challenges.
Format drawing plansets and maintain AutoCAD templates and standards.
Complete redlines based on reviews from Engineers, Developers, and AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction).
Review and interpret Geotechnical and Wetland Delineation Reports.
