Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 1+ years of experience in solar photovoltaic manufacturing or supplier development.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supplier development and manufacturing bring-up for the photovoltaic supply chain.
• Engage early with suppliers on selection, equipment selection, and process engineering to set up high-volume manufacturing programs.
• Lead the bring-up of solar cell manufacturing lines and support upstream silicon supply chain development.
• Assess supplier capabilities with emphasis on solar cell fabrication processes and upstream silicon material processes.
• Lead NPIs (new product introductions), PPAP, FAI, ramping and qualification campaigns for high-volume manufacturing.
• Develop qualification plans covering polysilicon, ingot, wafer, and solar cell performance.
