Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional hands‑on experience in electrical installs or electronics builds (internship experience is applicable).
• Hands‑on experience with debugging, testing, and validating electrical systems using multimeters, and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, build, test, verify all battery and power conversion hardware.
• Collaborate with engineering to refine speed and quality of production steps.
• Some field travel to remote desert sites for solar panel and battery installation.
• Develop and write install instructions to shorten future field install times.
• Collaborate with design, test, and production engineers to refine power electronics and energy storage hardware.
