Job summary

Sunrun is hiring for a pivotal role in designated partner retail stores. You will influence potential customers, educate them on solar energy and storage solutions, and schedule appointments to grow our customer base.

The role rewards relationship-building with competitive hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and development opportunities. Weekend/evening shifts are required to maximize earnings and market impact.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for our mission.
Commit to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings and occasional holidays.
Reliable transportation within a 15-30 mile radius to manage multi-store territory.
Standing and being mobile for extended periods, with ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Proactively schedule appointments and foster relationships with potential customers.
Educate customers on renewable energy and storage solutions.
Contribute to expanding Sunrun's customer base through effective engagement.
Stay mobile across designated stores to maximize sales success and earnings.
