Sunrun is seeking a dynamic Retail position to drive solar appointments and grow the customer base in designated partner stores. You will educate customers on renewable energy and storage solutions, build relationships, and influence buying decisions.

The role offers competitive hourly pay, uncapped commissions, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), stock program, and paid training. Weekend/evening shifts are required in a multi-store territory.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for our mission.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays, to maximize sales success and earning potential.
• Reliable transportation within a 15-30 mile radius (on average) is essential for managing a multi-store territory.
• This role requires standing and being mobile for extended periods including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
