Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a motivated Retail Sales representative to in-store engagements, schedule solar appointments, educate customers on energy storage and solar options, and grow the Sunrun customer base across designated partner stores.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends/evenings/holidays.
• Reliable transportation within a 15–30 mile radius for a multi-store territory.
• Ability to stand, stay mobile for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct in-store solar appointments; educate customers on solar and storage solutions.
• Grow the Sunrun customer base by building relationships and generating enthusiasm for products.
• Contribute to expanding the customer base and meeting sales targets across partner retail stores.
