Sunrun is seeking a retail teammate to embody our brand in partner stores and influence customers seeking solar solutions. You will earn an hourly base plus uncapped commissions, with full benefits, a 401(k) match, stock program, and ongoing training.

Exceptional performers can reach $160K+ annually with a supportive growth culture. Responsibilities include selling solar appointments, attending training, and maintaining flexibility to work weekends and evenings across a multi-store territory.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, willingness to learn, self-motivation, and a genuine passion for our mission.
• Commit to a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation within a 15-30 mile radius for multi-store territory.
• Stand, be mobile for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new solar appointments with an uncapped commission structure.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs offered by the company.
• Support the sales process at designated partner retail stores and contribute to customer engagement.
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays to maximize earning potential.
• Manage a multi-store territory with reliable transportation within a 15-30 mile radius.
