Job summary

Sunrun is seeking a results-driven Solar Sales Representative to join our partner retail network in California. You will engage customers, schedule appointments, and educate on solar energy and storage solutions to grow the Sunrun customer base.

Competitive base pay with uncapped commissions, full benefits, 401K with company match, stock purchase program, paid training, and growth opportunities. Weekend/evening availability required to maximize earnings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and genuine passion for solar energy.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Reliable transportation within a 15-30 mile radius for multi-store duties.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Proactively schedule appointments and educate customers on solar energy and storage.
• Grow Sunrun's customer base through in-store engagement at designated partner locations.
• Build relationships and influence potential customers to consider Sunrun solutions.
• Maintain mobility within a multi-store territory and meet sales targets.
