Sunrun Inc. is seeking a responsive retail team member in California to influence potential customers at designated partner stores. You will schedule appointments, educate customers on solar energy and storage solutions, and help grow the Sunrun customer base through engaging in-store interactions.

Compensation includes a competitive hourly base plus uncapped commissions, with full benefits and opportunities for career growth. Flexible schedule, some weekends and evenings required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to educate customers about solar energy and storage solutions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and evenings.
• Reliable transportation to cover a multi-store territory within a 15–30 mile radius.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Proactively schedule appointments and generate new solar appointments.
• Build relationships with customers and educate them on Sunrun products.
• Contribute to expanding Sunrun's customer base through engaging store interactions.
