Sunrun is seeking a results-driven Retail Sales Associate to join our nationwide team. In designated partner stores, you will educate potential customers on solar and storage solutions, build relationships, and proactively schedule appointments to expand Sunrun's residential customer base.

You will earn competitive hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions, enjoy full benefits, and have opportunities for growth, recognition, and travel incentives as you demonstrate results.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays.
• Reliable transportation within a 15-30 mile radius.
• Ability to stand and lift up to 25 pounds in a retail environment.
