Job summary

Green Rack Solar, a subsidiary of Civic Renewables, is hiring Entry Level Solar Installers in Pittsburgh, PA to install residential solar systems. We will train the right candidates, and shifts are Monday–Friday with limited night/weekend work.

This full-time hourly role offers paid time off, health benefits, 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and a per-panel bonus. Travel to job sites is required; a valid driver's license and clean driving record are a must.

Green Rack is seeking Entry Level Solar Installers to install residential solar systems. We will train the right candidates!

Entry Level Solar Installer shifts are Monday - Friday, with limited night/weekend/on-call work.

For our Entry Level Solar Installers we offer full benefits, including paid time off, and competitive pay.

Location & Travel: This position is based on Pittsburgh, PA and travel is required to job sites.

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

• Excellent customer service skills required
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license
• Must have a clean driving record (example- no DUI in the last 5 years)
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen

Hourly Rate: $21 - $25 per hour commensurate with experience. Those without any installation or solar experience will begin at the lower end of the range.

You will also be eligible to receive a per-panel bonus.
