• Implement high-performance Solana-based solutions and smart contracts
• Lead cross-chain integration strategy and protocol improvements

Requirements for the role:

• Exceptional Rust engineer
• Deep understanding of the Solana ecosystem
• Senior backend & systems engineer (ideally with xp in TS, Go & AWS)
• Have seen exceptional scale, & built distributed systems to handle this
• Experience working cross-chain and in the DeFi ecosystem
