Job summary

Shaner Hotels at Playa Largo Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection in the Florida Keys seeks a friendly Restaurant Server to take orders and deliver food and beverages to guest tables according to hotel standards.

You will ensure food and beverage safety, assist with payments, and help maintain a clean dining area and equipment. Prior ServSafe and TIPS training is preferred; 21+ required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a similar public-facing role.
• Must be 21+ to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests, management and staff.
• High school graduate or equivalent; some college preferred.
• ServSafe or food safety training.
• Alcohol awareness training (e.g., TIPS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions for clients.

• Take food and beverage orders, and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic drinks and food to tables per hotel specs.
