Responsibilities

• Open customer soil bags (~45 lbs.), discard plastic, and spread contents for visibility on the soil belt, aiming to process 45 bags or 2000 lbs. per hour.
• Operate on the work platform, moving between positions to sort items into designated bins or slots.
• Transport empty carts for cleaning and reuse.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Decision-Making

• Seek approval for unusual or outside-normal operations.
• Dispose of non-regular items appropriately upon identification.
• Call maintenance for equipment repairs and tag broken carts.
