UniFirst Corporation in Tampa seeks a Production Team Partner to manage soiled linen sorting and contribute to a smooth laundering process. You’ll work as part of a team, ensure items are accounted for, and support efficient turnaround for customers.

The role emphasizes on-the-job training, a 40-hour work week with weekends off, and opportunities for internal promotion within a family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units of weight measurement, volume, and distance.

Responsibilities

• Count soiled wipers, cloths, aprons, towels, etc. coming back from customer stops.
• Ensure all soiled items are accounted for to get properly laundered, folded, and returned to the customer.
• Report processes accurately.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.
