  2. Manage site investigations, including soil sampling, field testing, and geotechnical risk evaluation.
  3. Develop technical reports, engineering analyses, and project documentation in compliance with FEMA PA standards.
  4. Provide senior-level recommendations for soil stabilization, erosion control, and hazard remediation related to disasters.
  5. Coordinate with FEMA and stakeholders to plan and implement mitigation and recovery solutions.
  6. Perform field evaluations to assess damages and guide recovery and repair projects.
  7. Mentor junior engineers and technical staff to ensure quality and consistency.
  8. Ensure all projects comply with FEMA, federal, and state regulations, codes, and standards.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Strong leadership, organizational skills, and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients, agencies, and team members.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Floodplain Manager (CFM) or in floodplain management.
