Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems in Minneapolis, MN seeks a Software Verification Test Lead to direct the verification strategy for features and releases, leveraging domain knowledge and state-of-the-art test automation. You will create verification plans and reports, and coordinate cross-functional reviews to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in engineering and 5+ years leading software testing/verification, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, software, computer science, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years leading software testing, test automation, or verification activities.

Responsibilities

• Establish verification strategy for features/releases, including test automation, regression analysis, and unit/integration/verification testing.
• Mentor team members in best practices for test case design, automation, and verification strategies.
• Author Software Verification Test Plans and Reports.
• Provide traceability between requirements, tests, results, issues, and risk docs.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews to meet regulatory and internal needs.
• Drive and monitor formal testing entrance/exit criteria and ensure timely delivery.
