Job summary

The Amatriot Group is seeking a Software Test Engineer to support the U.S. Space Force's Critical Satellite Communications mission in Colorado Springs, CO.

You will ensure reliability, performance, and readiness of mission-critical software systems across Windows, Linux, and Solaris environments. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in a technical field, 2–4 years of testing experience, and a current Security+ with DoD IAT Level II.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• 2–4 years of relevant testing experience preferred.
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and execute formal software acceptance tests for CCS-C environment.
• Validate maintenance releases and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with software developers during unit, integration, and system testing.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and support resolution efforts.
• Provide daily status reporting during formal test events.
• Maintain and execute regression test suites to ensure stability.
