Join the Test Solutions Engineering team within the Hardware Discipline Center at Raytheon, where we architect and build sophisticated software applications and automated test environments for mission‑critical defense systems. In this role, you will develop cutting‑edge software solutions that interface directly with state‑of‑the‑art engineering hardware, supporting products across the entire lifecycle—from early lab demonstrations and design verification to high‑rate production testing and long‑term sustainment. The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective‑bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
