Job summary

Tapestry Solutions, a Boeing Company, is seeking a Software Application Tester on-site at Scott Air Force Base. You will verify and validate software through automated and manual testing within an agile team, supporting release readiness and quality decisions. The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, 3+ years of software testing, automation/scripting experience, and Agile SDLC.

An active U.S. Secret Clearance is required. Relocation is not negotiable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and active U.S. Secret Clearance or higher.
• 3+ years of software testing experience.
• 1+ automated testing and scripting experience.
• 1+ Agile Software Development Lifecycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Verification & validation of software via automated & manual functional & non-functional testing.
• Test case configuration, creation, maintenance, and execution.
• Defect reporting, triage, and confirmation.
• Test cycle planning, monitoring, and reporting for software releases.
• Internal and external stakeholder communication of software and testing status.
• Support for adoption of continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., training, tools, processes).
