Boeing is seeking a Software Application Test Lead for on-site work at Scott Air Force Base. You will lead software testing efforts, guiding an agile cross-functional team to ensure successful software deliveries for critical missions.

This mid-level role emphasizes testing excellence, mentorship of junior testers, and collaboration with stakeholders across programs. Active clearance and a Bachelor’s degree are required, with salary in a competitive base-pay range.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is required.
Active U.S. Secret Clearance or higher is required.
5+ years of software testing experience.
3+ automated testing & scripting experience.
3+ or more years in Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsabilités

Verification & validation of software via automated and manual testing (functional and non-functional).
Test case configuration, creation, maintenance, and execution.
Defect reporting, triage, and confirmation.
Test cycle planning, monitoring, and reporting for software releases.
Internal and external stakeholder communication of software and testing status.
Lead adoption of continuous improvement initiatives (training, tools, processes).
Mentorship and guidance of mid-level & entry-level testers.
Define program test strategy and architecture.
