Job summary

Aarisha Inc in Reston, VA is seeking a QA Automation Tester to strengthen our software delivery. You will design and run automated and manual tests, validate data integrity, and help ensure a high-quality product for our clients.

The role requires hands-on experience with Selenium, LoadRunner, and SQL scripting, with a focus on security, performance, and regression testing in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field is required.
• Experience with test management tools and automation frameworks.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with databases.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering and clarifications from the business and development teams for the scope of test plan creation.
• Test Cases Creation and Review with business and dev teams.
• Design, develop, and execute SQL scripts to validate login data in databases.
• Error handling and logging validations to ensure clear, non-revealing messages for user actions.
• Regression Testing for the application using selenium automation tool.
• Security testing to cover brute force protection, input validation, secure transmission, token validation, and access control.
• Performance testing using load runner tool to ensures the AARISHA Portal can handle high traffic and concurrent logins.
• Log defects, support UAT, perform regression testing, and deliver test closure documentation.
• User interface functional testing for Timesheet entry and submission process using selenium automation tool.
