  • Rapid Reprogramming: Perform rapid reprogramming of fielded data to resolve operational issues and implement enhanced capabilities to address evolving mission requirements.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with contractors and DoD laboratories to guarantee seamless integration of data developed for programs.
  • System Interface Requirements: Identify, describe, and analyze system interface requirements and standards, along with interoperability requirements, to ensure compatibility across platforms and systems.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis by developing and documenting data reduction and processing software, generating computer‑based data products, and building/improving data storage/retrieval systems.
  • Test Methodology Development: Develop and refine new test methodologies as needed to execute testing efforts effectively for programs.
  • Test & Evaluation (T&E) Support: Provide hands‑on support for a wide variety of test and evaluation activities conducted at multiple locations, ensuring test plans and schedules align with program objectives.
  • Simulation Development: Develop and employ simulations to verify and validate data products before fielding, ensuring reliability and mission readiness.
  • Hardware‑in‑the‑Loop Testing: Execute or analyze hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing of threat simulation systems to verify and validate data products before operational deployment.
  • Engineering Analysis: Perform detailed engineering analysis of test and evaluation data, interpreting system performance results, verifying accomplishment of test objectives, and supporting additional technical analysis as needed.
  • Fielding Recommendations: Provide recommendations for the deployment of various types of data products based on test results and thorough system performance evaluations.
  • Technical Status Briefings: Create and deliver technical status reports and briefings, summarizing test progress, key accomplishments, and identified challenges associated with programs.
  • T&E Resource Management: Advise and assist in the management, maintenance, and upgrade of test and evaluation resources, including specialized test support equipment and infrastructure.
  • Integration Support: Support the integration of new or modified equipment and systems to enhance current capabilities and maintain system performance.
  • Acquisition Support: Provide technical expertise for acquisition activities throughout all phases of the acquisition lifecycle, including:
    • Participating in acquisition strategy development and planning.
    • Supporting decision support systems and modeling efforts.
