Boston Scientific Marlborough, MA is seeking a Software/Systems Engineer III to contribute to R&D across our Class-II/Class-III medical devices, applying expertise in software engineering, systems engineering and cybersecurity to deliver secure, high‑performance healthcare solutions.

You will drive the full development lifecycle from concept to commercial release, collaborate with high‑performing teams, uphold regulatory requirements and risk management, and help foster an engineering culture

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in software/electrical/biomedical or systems engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of software/systems development experience in medical devices or similarly regulated safety-critical systems.
• Experience with safety-critical development lifecycle including architecture/requirements, design/testing, release docs, and post-market support.
• Experience coordinating with project management/SMEs to plan work-breakdown structures and execute milestones.
• Familiarity with AI tools for productivity (e.g., M365 Copilot, ChatGPT) and/or software development tools.

Responsabilidades

• Architecture, development, and deployment of software/system solutions for BSC Urology's Class-II/Class-III medical devices
• Provide leadership in implementing efficient, maintainable software/system development processes, tools, and workflows
• Collaboration with high-performing software/system teams, fostering an engineering culture that prioritizes individual growth and shared accountability
