Job summary

CACI is seeking a Software Systems Engineer to support the C-UxS mission. You will decompose customer needs into technical requirements and work with development teams to build, integrate, and test the system, delivering cutting-edge SIGINT and EW capabilities for the DoD.

You will lead backlog grooming, manage roadmaps, participate in release planning, ensure CDRL delivery, and maintain alignment with agile DevSecOps practices while coordinating with stakeholders to meet mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience; 5 years can substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Active TS clearance with ability to obtain SCI.
• Strong experience across SELC stages: CONOPS, requirements, design, verification, validation, and test planning.

Responsibilities

• Decompose top-level customer needs into lower-level technical requirements and guide development teams to build, integrate, and test the system.
• Lead, manage and groom backlogs at the portfolio level.
• Maintain roadmaps and participate in release/sprint planning, integration and testing.
• Ensure technical accuracy on software projects, track delivery schedules and CDRL delivery; perform factory acceptance testing.
• Advance the software baseline via process improvement and DevSecOps practices.
