Leidos is seeking a highly motivated Software Systems Engineer to support defense programs across the systems engineering lifecycle. The role emphasizes MBSE using Cameo and Jama, requirements development, and cross-functional collaboration with software, hardware, and cyber teams.
The candidate will analyze requirements, develop SysML artifacts, perform architecture development, and participate in design and verification reviews to ensure mission success and compliance with DoD programs.

We areseekinga highly motivated and detail-orientedSoftware Systems Engineer to support complex defense and government programs throughout the systems engineering lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong defense industry experience,expertisein requirements development and management, and hands-on experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies and tools including Cameo and Jama. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams, program leadership, and government stakeholders to support system design, development, integration, verification, and delivery.

Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00
