Generac is seeking a Software Systems Administrator to oversee and advance enterprise software systems powering scheduling, data collection, engineering and production tools.

The Software Systems Administrator oversees and manages software systems supporting scheduling, data collection, engineering, and production tools. This role ensures successful system migrations, upgrades, maintenance, and documentation, while delivering accurate metric reporting and dashboards. This role collaborates with key stakeholders to capture the Voice of the Customer (VOC), supports users through training and documentation, and identifies opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience by recommending solutions to leadership.
