You will work with enterprise-grade production print software in a fast-paced support setting, learning system administration, troubleshooting, networking, and log analysis while handling real customer issues and live workflows. You will gain hands-on experience with Linux/Windows server environments, scripting, log-parsing, virtualization, and ticketing/documentation platforms,

Formación

• Student must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• GPA 3.0 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• AI-assisted troubleshooting tools.
• Automation and scripting for support operations.
• Containerized deployments and cloud-hosted environments.
