Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant software testing experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading testing teams and programs.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead software test and verification activities across a product portfolio, setting priorities and plans.
• Build and grow a high-performing software test organization through coaching and development.
• Define and implement test strategies, automation approaches, and quality metrics.
• Provide technical leadership for testing, verification, and release readiness.
• Guide risk-based test strategies and coverage aligned with product requirements.
• Oversee defect management and root-cause analysis to drive quality decisions.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and programs to align testing with timelines.
• Ensure testing activities meet regulatory requirements and design controls.
