• 2 years of leadership/supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure first time quality and quality early in the engineering life cycle.
• Lead and collaborate with SQA teams, MAPMs, IPT leads and directors to enable program success.
• Develop robust SQA plans and schedules; manage budget and staffing.
