Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Software Quality Engineer to join the Clinical & Economic Research component development team. The role involves testing healthcare-related software, analyzing clinical logic paths, and developing automated test frameworks.

You will collaborate in an Agile Scrum environment to ensure quality and compliance while handling large healthcare data sets. Responsibilities include creating test data, executing tests (manual and automated), and reporting defects.

Qualifications

• Experience creating software quality tests and data processing tests for non-GUI applications.
• Experience testing applications using Java, SQL, JSON technologies.
• Experience with Agile teams using Scrum framework.
• Experience developing and executing test scripts in Java, Python, and SQL.
• Healthcare data experience and HIPAA familiarity is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large data sets such as healthcare claims to verify logic paths.
• Develop test cases and test data to meet specifications and software design.
• Execute test cases (manual and automated) and report defects.
• Design and develop automation frameworks and scripts; analyze results.
• Participate in Scrum planning, estimate tasks, and outline test approaches.
