Argos Multilingual is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Lead who translates PRDs and Personas into testable workflows, designs end-to-end test strategies, and ensures correct product behavior across critical paths and edge cases.

You will map user flows, collaborate with Product, BA, and Engineering, conduct manual testing across environments, and identify opportunities for automation to scale coverage.

About the role

Argos Multilingual is a global provider of technology-enabled language, AI and data solutions. The Software Quality Assurance Lead will translate PRDs and Personas into testable workflows, design end-to-end test strategies, and ensure correct product behavior across critical paths and edge cases.

What you'll do

• Map user workflows from PRDs, user stories and Persona documentation using visual diagrams.
• Design comprehensive end-to-end test plans and acceptance criteria with Product Managers and Business Analysts.

• Experience with workflow mapping tools (Lucidchart, Miro, Visio, BPMN tools).
• Strong knowledge of test design techniques and test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, Xray).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Desirable: exposure to BPM engines, API testing or automation frameworks and Agile/Scrum experience.
