Broadridge is hiring! We are looking for a Software Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through robust testing strategies and automation. In this role, you will design and execute manual and automated tests, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive an automation-first approach. You will monitor quality metrics, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve QA processes to support reliable, scalable, and user-focused product development.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $100,000 - $110,000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate\'s final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible.
