Job description

We are looking for aSoftware Quality Analyst with a background inCivil Engineeringto join our QA team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Bentley’s Civil software products through rigorous testing, validation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases based on product specifications and design documents.
  • Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
  • Develop and maintain test plans and scripts.
  • Log, track, and manage software defects through the bug lifecycle.
  • Validate customer-reported issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards.
  • Support internal teams (e.g., Sales) with product insights when needed.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on Bentley’s Civil product suite.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance product quality and user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering(mandatory).
  • Experience: 5–7 Years
  • Industry: Civil Engineering / Software Quality Assurance
  • Experience in transportation design(roads, rail, site).
  • Proficiency withCAD toolslike OpenRoads, MicroStation, Railtrack, InRoads, or MX.
  • Understanding ofsoftware testing and QA processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with2D/3D geometry and mathematical concepts.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Experience inCAD product testingis a plus.
