Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with business software and accounting practices preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to read/write SQL and experience with automated testing a plus but not required.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute quality, well-documented software tests of TIMS and analyze results.
• Create and maintain preliminary documentation for the documentation team and customers.
• Review software modifications and assist with test scenarios.
• Assist other departments to prioritize resolutions based on urgency.
• Contribute input into the Quality Assurance Handbook and other documentation.
• Assist with the annual users group conference; may present or help develop presentations.
