Qualifications

• 1+ years in software quality assurance or testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing on software and electronic security products.
• Execute functional, regression, performance, usability, and acceptance testing.
• Develop, review, and update test plans.
• Document test results and report defects using bug-tracking software.
• Reproduce customer issues and verify fixes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide testing updates during project handoffs and contribute to process improvements.
