Job summary

The QA Analyst will collaborate with users, operations, and developers to ensure timely mod delivery and release readiness, while driving testing process improvements and risk analysis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2+ years in a similar position.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Continually expand knowledge of our software systems and how users interact with them.
• Perform testing for software modifications.
• Design and execute systems to check for issues.
• Document test cases.
• Record test progress and results.
• Create test plans.
• Delegate software testing where necessary to meet requirements and timelines.
• Interface with users and Operations Specialist to gather feedback on mods.
• Interface with developers to ensure timely completion of mods.
• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.
• Discover and report software system bugs.
• Drive innovation and streamline testing processes.
• Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing.
• Identify potential problems that users might encounter.
• Perform manual and automated testing.
• Perform and document risk analysis.
• Research and analyze product features being tested.
• Research new tools, technologies, and testing processes.
• Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality.
