Job summary

DMA in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Software QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions. You will design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests, collaborating with development teams to validate functionality and performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in CS or related field, 2–5 years of QA/testing experience, and familiarity with Jira and Selenium. Hybrid work, ESOP eligibility, and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of QA/testing web-based applications or programming.
• Experience with Jira and Selenium preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain test cases, data, and scripts for manual and automated testing.
• Perform functional, non-functional, regression, and UAT testing.
• Participate in sprint planning, QA reviews, and project meetings.
• Document and report defects using Jira or similar tools.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements.
• Assist in risk analysis and QA documentation and process improvements.
