Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Software QA Co-op for an in-person rotation in Louisville, KY for Summer 2027. This role offers hands-on testing of Exacta software and exposure to tools such as MS Visual Studio, TFS, and VMware as part of a growing QA team.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a CS/CE/IS degree and want real-world experience in software validation, bug tracking, and regression testing in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CS/CE/IS or related field.
• Eligible to work in the USA long term without sponsorship.
• Hybrid in-office and work-from-home internship in Louisville, KY for Summer 2027.
• Experience with software testing basics and bug tracking desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual validation to ensure modules meet specifications and end-user requirements.
• Follow bug tracking processes across the development cycle and document issues clearly.
• Review logs to identify root causes and assist in debugging with senior QA staff.
• Design and execute test plans, and communicate defects to close issues.
• Support QA team in learning software functionality and testing methods.
