Job summary

NVIDIA in Santa Clara is seeking a Program Manager to drive the successful introduction of next‑generation GPU products. You’ll negotiate system, board, and chip needs, steer hardware allocation and budgets, and represent the Software organization at Go‑To‑Market meetings for the GPU segment.

Strong communication and 3+ years in a related role with a BS in CE/EE/CS are required. You’ll be part of a fast‑moving team that values mentorship, accountability, and cross‑functional collaboration, with

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with the software development lifecycle, specifically for device drivers and applications.
  • Experience in chip bringup.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.
  • Excellent communication and technical presentation skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of software engineering and lifecycle principles.
  • Experience with productivity tools and process automation a huge plus, as well as data analysis with Excel or Tableau.
  • Knowledge of operating systems, graphics principles, AI datacenters, and standards a plus.
  • Experience using AI to boost productivity and solve problems.
  • 3+ years in a similar or related role and BS CE, EE or CS (or equivalent experience)
  • PM certification/training a plus.

  • Negotiating all system, board, and chip needs on behalf of the SW development and QA teams.
  • Driving hardware allocation, infrastructure, budgeting, and priority calls.
  • Representing the Software organization at Go-To-Market meetings for the GPU segment.
  • Building and presenting a clear overview of the project plan.
  • Learning the software stack to understand SW team requirements.

We work closely with internal leaders in Software, Hardware, Marketing and Operations to ensure the SW team delivers outstanding products while operating across multiple functional units and all levels of management to achieve Time-To-Market. As a part of the team, your knowledge of driver and firmware development processes and priorities will enable you to swiftly make the course adjustments needed to keep these complex projects on track! Our team drives the correction of any issues that impede program success via on-the-spot corrections, and mid-program or post-mortem analysis. We closely collaborate to wring the maximum efficiency from our processes while seeking out process changes that improve both NPI and SW productivity. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 108,000 USD - 184,000 USD for Level 2, and 136,000 USD - 212,750 USD for Level 3.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
