Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager in Redmond, WA to shape and deliver on our software roadmap, including kernel components, drivers, and firmware. You will coordinate across hardware, software, and release planning teams, balancing priorities and driving process improvements to ensure timely, high-quality software delivery.

  • Coordinate dependencies across functions and identify planning gaps.
  • Empower prioritization decisions and represent the team to other groups.
  • Partner with hardware, release planning, and customers for a complete software picture.
  • Propose and develop new methods to handle projects and unify planning systems.
  • Define and track metrics to improve execution efficiency.

NVIDIA's GPU Software team seeks a skilled and experienced technical program manager to help deliver on NVIDIA's inspiring product roadmap! The software produced by this team include foundational kernel components, drivers, and firmware that support the entire family of NVIDIA chipsets. What You'll Be Doing
  • Work on aligning NVIDIA's chipset and product roadmap with the software team capacity roadmap and help balance global priorities
  • Keep the team on track by coordinating dependencies across functional areas and identifying planning gaps
  • Be empowered to make prioritization decisions and represent the team to other groups
  • Partner closely with hardware, release planning, and customers, giving you a complete picture of software at NVIDIA
  • Propose and develop new methods to handle projects and unify planning systems
  • Define and track metrics to improve execution efficiency
What We Need To See
  • 12+ overall years of program management experience in delivering software products
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or similar field or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of balancing short-term delivery towards critical timelines alongside thoughtful long-term steps towards improving planning, processes, and team capabilities.
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
  • Past experience as a software developer
  • Knowledge of SOC, GPU or CPU project management
  • Background in graphics, machine learning, or accelerated computing
  • Experience with software productivity tools and process automation

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5, and 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD for Level 6.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
