Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in software development.
• Ability to identify tradeoffs & needs of scaling companies.
• Experience rolling out team-wide process/tooling changes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct internal research to understand how engineers work.
• Build cross-functional trust by listening to teammates.
• Interface with leadership to procure necessary tools.
• Optimize codebase patterns and build CI/CD pipelines.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Experience with process/tooling changes

Understanding of developer toolchains

Experience writing technical documentation

Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Postgres
