Software Product Manager - Core Solutions

Compensation is determined based on role responsibility, experience, skills, and education, and is applicable within the U.S. where the role is located.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and development of decarbonization software solutions for enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to develop and launch product features.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and translate insights into product requirements.
• Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate product success.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with sales and marketing teams.
• Provide thought leadership on decarbonization and sustainability at industry events and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably in software or sustainability industries.
• Proven success in managing self-serve enterprise products, with focus on adoption and revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of decarbonization strategies, technologies, and standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Data-driven with experience in tracking product metrics.
• Passion for sustainability and decarbonization.
• Experience with core software solutions, including identity management, alerts, and domain creation processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in energy, utilities, or environmental services sectors.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Certifications in product management or sustainability.
