Job summary

Nox Group is seeking a senior software leader in Phoenix to supervise and mentor a team of developers across .NET full‑stack projects. You will manage the project portfolio, drive sprint planning, and ensure quality releases while partnering with stakeholders and QA to maintain system health.

You will own Azure infrastructure, oversee deployment pipelines, and guide solution design across the enterprise, with emphasis on performance, reliability, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have substantial hands-on software development experience with leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams in a company of similar size and complexity to Nox Group is preferred.
• Experience in construction or industrial sectors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision to Software Developers.
• Manage the software development project portfolio and assign tasks per CIO priorities.
• Develop skills of direct reports and provide performance feedback.
• Lead sprint planning with Business Analysts; define and scope requirements.
• Break down tickets into sub-tasks for parallel workstreams and efficiency.
• Contribute hands-on when needed to meet delivery commitments.
• Oversee all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements to deployment.
• Lead solution design and consulting for internal stakeholders.
• Manage third-party integration and cloud deployments on Azure.
• Ensure reliability and performance of systems and health of solutions.
• Monitor and support the QA process and release readiness.
• Keep stakeholders informed of progress and deliverables.
• Maintain public-facing documentation for software systems.
