Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a seasoned Strategic Intelligence Manager to advance the Energy Management Software & Services portfolio. You will synthesize market dynamics across power, buildings, grid, data center, and workplace domains to inform portfolio‑level strategy and M&A screening.

In this global role, you will build an intelligence framework, coordinate cross‑functional inputs, and deliver executive briefings, newsletters, and decision‑ready materials to senior leadership, while

Qualifications

Master’s degree or MBA from an engineering or business school (or equivalent relevant field).
Experience in strategy, consulting, marketing, or software/tech business analysis.
Working proficiency in English; French or another language is a plus.
Strong ability to structure and synthesize complex, multi‑entity environments into clear strategic insights.
Proven ability to synthesize data into concise, executive‑level storytelling (PowerPoint, dashboards, reports).
Great stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and seniority levels.

Responsibilities

Synthesize market dynamics across domains (power, buildings, grid, data center, workplace) and translate them into portfolio‑level strategic implications.
Build and structure a common Intelligence framework (methodologies, tools, cadence, and deliverables).
Partner with software entity strategy, marketing, and product teams to support portfolio‑level strategic decisions.
Deliver executive materials and newsletters tailored to diverse stakeholders.
