Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Solid programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#, with ability to write clean, testable code.
  • Experience with test automation scripting and frameworks (Python, Bash, Perl) and automated testing tools (PyTest, JUnit, Selenium, Postman/Newman, Cucumber).
  • Familiarity with Git, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Experience building or working with RESTful APIs and web applications, with integration and end-to-end testing.

As a SWIT engineer on this team, you will work in a team environment to design, develop, and implement test plans and procedures for software (SW) requirement verification & validation. You will be responsible for SW integration, requirement analysis, test planning and execution, performance analysis, troubleshooting and coordination for remediating software defectsIn this role you will write test procedure scripts in Perl, Python, Linux, and with automated software test tools.
