Job summary

Andrew Wommack Ministries is seeking a Software Integration Specialist to design, build, and support student systems and processes within the Charis Bible College ecosystem. The role focuses on configuring the Anthology/Reach/Raise/Encompass suite using Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Power BI to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

This position requires collaboration with Education Technology leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience configuring Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure data services.
• Ability to design PowerApps forms and integrate with Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online permissions and metadata.
• Experience with SQL Server/T-SQL and Azure SQL Database services is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to translate requirements into system-build designs and automations.
• Configure permissions and governance for Power Platform, PowerApps, and Dynamics 365.
• Design basic database extensions and centralize data storage securely.
• Monitor roadmaps for Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 and propose new possibilities.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for live systems and document solutions.
• Engage in high-level brainstorming and discovery sessions; research new software as needed.
• Develop low-code/no-code solutions and assist with PowerShell/JS/C#/HTML/CSS work when needed.

Position Purpose:The Software Integration Specialist role exists to design, build, and support student systems and processes, as well as assist in configuring and extending the Anthology suite of software (Reach, Raise, Encompass, Etc.), particularly via the Power Platform. The owner of this role will not only be instrumental in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the student information systems at Charis Bible College, but also critical in achieving organizational growth objectives, increasing operational efficiency, and enhancing the overall student, staff, and alumni experience. Through the delivery of the long-term vision of the CRM suite and the development of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Power BI experience, the CRM Configuration Specialist will attain an enhanced skill set for the advancement of further endeavors in this market.***Prefer on-site employees, but will consider remote for the right candidate***Essential Duties:Collaborate with a team to translate process documentation and requirements into system-build recommendations.Select from a suite of tools (including, but not limited to: Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure Data Factory, Azure) to recommend, design, and build business process automations, forms, and data collection points at the direction of the Director of Education Technology.Ensure appropriate permissions for employees utilizing solutions based on the Power Platform, PowerApps, and Dynamics 365, and others.Understand complex data sets and identify the best methods, philosophically and technologically, for presentation and staff use.Design basic extensions to current databases, according to best practices, and work collaboratively with a team towards centralization, security, simplification, and unity of data collection, storage, and use.Monitor Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 roadmaps to understand new features and design possibilities.Serve as a consultant on how to best leverage technology to meet key business objectives through system design, process design, and how to gather appropriate measurements.Ensure all technical solutions are appropriately documented according to industry best practices.Provide troubleshooting and support for live systems.Contribute to high-level brainstorming, improvement, and discovery sessions.Research and learn new software and other solutions, as directed.Other tasks, as needed.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Software configuration and permission management.Proficiency in designing PowerApp forms and integrations.Leveraging Microsoft Power Automate to accomplish basic and advanced business processes.Willingness and ability to configure, administer, and extend Dynamics 365 within the Encoura CRM suite (Reach, Raise, Encompass, etc.).Competency in learning to design and build basic databases according to industry standards.Understanding of key SharePoint Online features, such as search, shared metadata, site collections, permissions, and other core technologies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Effective time management, organization, accuracy, and administration with attention to detail.Self-management and autonomy with little supervision while effectively contributing as a team member.Simultaneously handle multiple tasks and switch between tasks efficiently.Analytical, problem-solving, creative thinking, and strong design skill set.Designing and maintaining low code/no code solutions.Competency in learning how to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems.Research, learn, and teach new software programs, as necessary, including those with complex UIs.Work comprehensively with PowerShell, JavaScript, C#, HTML, CSS, and/or SharePoint Framework (SPFx), as a plus.Designing and maintaining code-based solutions is a plus.Requirements:Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.Must sign the Statement of Faith.A high school diploma or equivalent education is required.College degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.Charis Bible College student or graduate is preferred.Dynamics 365 Certification is preferred.Must pass all required checks.Experience:1-3 years working in a team-oriented, collaborative professional environment.Experience with Dynamics 365, specifically the Anthology suite of software (Reach, Raise, Encompass, Etc.) is a plus.Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL & Azure SQL Database as a service is a plus.Power BI experience is a plus.Experience with Office 365 and SharePoint Online is preferred.Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint is preferred.Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.Experience with Salesforce is a plus.Compensation is commensurate with experience.We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees to include the following: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays per year (10), Flexible Spending Account (FSA)-Medical/Dependent Care, Health Savings Account (HSA), Voluntary Life and AD&D, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, 403(b) Retirement Plan, Life Assistance Program, Accident/Hospital, ID Shield/Legal Shield and TelehealthAbout Us: Andrew Wommack Ministries (AWM) is a teaching ministry of unconditional love and the balance between grace and faith.
