Job summary

Siemens Mobility is seeking a Genesis Program Implementation Consultant for Summer 2027. The role starts with a four-month training phase, then works closely with customers to deliver software solutions that tie digital twins to manufacturing. Applicants must relocate, travel up to 75%, and qualify for a U.S. security clearance.

The position is full-time, permanent, based in the United States, with the possibility of assignments at key customer locations after Genesis.

Qualifications

Graduated from college with a degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (Fall 2026 or Spring 2027).
University undergraduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
Exceptional communication skills.
Driven and self-motivated.
Strong technical leadership skills.
Ability to obtain Security Clearance.
Able to relocate if needed.
Traveling up to 75% after training program.
Successful completion of the 16-week training course.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with industry experts to learn our best practices.
Core participant in estimating, planning, and scheduling deliverables, and tasks.
Play a key role in developing change initiatives for our customers to increase their efficiency and productivity.
Impact our customers’ initiatives and business drivers.
Accelerate development in architectural design to fulfill customers’ business requirements.
Provide support to control scope, cost, implementation, and quality.
Consult with users, management, and stakeholders.
