Job Responsibilities

• Strategic direction and leadership of the Software departments.
• Manage and motivate a team of talented software engineers to excellence.
• Develop and implement innovative SW solutions for Alma as an industry-leading company.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest software development trends and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations.
• Manage resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.

Requirements

• Degree in SW Engineering, SW System Engineer (advantage)
• Proven experience in leading SW engineers and team development (at least 5 years).
• Proven experience in software development for the medical industry, including international standards and regulations for medical software (at least 8 years).
• Experience with embedded software development (a must) and IoT platforms (advantage).
• Skills and knowledge of Jira, Agile, Scrum methodologies, etc.
• International communication experience, including communication with authorities (advantage).
• Multidisciplinary and system vision is a must.
• Ability to innovate and lead product and process innovation.
• Proactive and success-oriented manner of work and character.
• Strong ability to lead teams to achieve goals and excellence.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional and dynamic environment.
